REFUND POLICY

HOLT JUNIOR RAMS BASEBALL will refund registrations at its discretion, based on individual circumstances and timing of the request. Generally, we will refund before the season begins for players that suffer injuries that prevent them from playing that season. However, because we strive to allocate teams to make them as even as possible, we will not refund registrations once the player has been assigned to a team.

Refund requests may be submitted to [email protected] and a decision will be made on a timely basis.
